2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

• Registration: To access certain features of our services, you must register for an account.
• Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Services and Credits

• Free Credits: Upon registration, users receive 5 free credits per month.
• Purchasing Credits: Users can top up credits with a minimum of €10.
• Subscription Plans:
  • Standard Plan: €100 per month for 1,000 credits.
  • Premium Plan: €350 per month for 5,000 credits.
• Usage: Credits can be used to parse CVs via our API or platform.
• Credits do not roll over into the next month
• If credits are used for the given month, you can use top up and still enjoy the same price of your plan.

5. Payments and Billing

• Payment Processor: All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
• Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.
• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of taxes, which we will charge as applicable.

6. User Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any resumes/CVs or other content you upload ("User Content").
• License to Use: By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of providing our services.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of uploading it.

7. Data Privacy

• Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems. Prohibited activities include:

• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our systems.
